Full Terms & Conditions
To thank our clients for their referrals, we are now offering a referral discount program. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully:
Eligibility

New Clients Only: Referral discounts apply only when referring new clients who have never filed with us before.

Past Clients Returning: If a referred client has filed with us in the past, the referral discount will be subject to approval. Clients returning after a significant lapse (e.g., 10+ years) may be considered at our discretion.
Payment Conditions

Services Must Be Paid: Referral discounts are applied only after the referred client has fully paid for their tax preparation services.

Order of Payment Matters: If the referring client pays before their referral does, the discount will be applied to the referring client’s next tax service.
Discount Application

Discount on Service Fees Only: Discounts apply exclusively to our service fees. Bank fees or other third-party charges are not eligible for discounts.

Discount Amount: Referral discounts are 20% off our service fees, up to and including a free filing. A free filing is the maximum discount allowed.

No Cash Value: Discounts are applied as service credits only. No cash or monetary compensation will be issued.
Additional Conditions

One Discount per Referral: Each qualified referral generates one discount for the referring client.

Non-Transferable: Discounts may only be applied to the account of the referring client and cannot be transferred to another individual.

Cannot Combine Offers: Referral discounts cannot be stacked with other promotions, credits, or discounts unless explicitly stated.

Corporation Discretion: We reserve the right to approve, deny, or adjust referral discounts in situations that fall outside these guidelines.
💡 Referral Credit Instructions
If you refer a new client and want to make sure you get credit for it, it’s simple:

Submit a Ticket and include the following:

The name of the person you referred

Their email address(es) (make sure it’s the email(s) they’ll actually use)

For the Ticket Subject, use:
Referral – [Your Name] -
Before submitting, please confirm with your referral that the email address you’re providing is correct and that they’re expecting contact from us.
Once your referral is confirmed, you’ll receive a reply within that same ticket letting you know it’s been verified.
📬 Any updates or additional information about your referral will also be communicated through that ticket thread.
