## New Client Information Worksheet 2025!

If you completed a Client Information Worksheet last year, the process is very similar, but not for you!

Below are a few shots to show you what to expect to save time before you appointment next year!

## Step 1 - First Look,

If you completed a worksheet last year, this will be a shortcut for you. If you did not, you will have to complete the worksheet in it's entirety.

### Client Information Worksheet Retrieval

After reading and understanding the opening statement, simply provide the following information:

- The email address that you used to complete your Client Information Worksheet
- Your Last name
- Your Date of Birth
- The last four digits of your Social

### You will select the years you are filing

The most common year filled will be 2025. However, if you are filing multiple years, select each one.

Afterwards, select which of those years are amendments, if any

## That's all to it!

### If you provide the correct information, the Client Information Worksheet that you completed last year will be emailed to you for review.

We will not provide you with personal information on your worksheet. Upon arrival, all you will have to do is review the information and confirm that it is correct, or correct any information that changed. Below is an example client's prefilled worksheet!
